Our warehouse, handled by Mail Workshop Ltd.  is centrally located in Colwick nottingham for fast despatch to anywhere in the UK, Scottish Highlands, R. Ireland, Channel Islands. There are different costs for non-mainland UK areas and Scottish Highlands. 

Delivery is 1-3 days standard unless extra funds have been recieved for guaranteed next day delivery. Most customers find that they receive items next day anyway. Non-Mainland UK areas may take longer and up to 5-6 days. If an item has not been received within 3-4 days it is always advisable to contact us to see if there has been a problem with the carrier finding your address and we can then prevent automatic return to the warehouse. We do not have access to tracking information to know whether or not an item has been received until a customers raises concerns and we contact main warehouse. 

Litres of spray tan solution (DHL)  - Next Day but not guaranteed / can be up to 3 days. Occasionally a courier problem with an address or breakage in transit may prolong delivery.

Booster drops, Mousse, Tan-In-A-Can are sent direct by Royal Mail 1st Class 

Most larger items are sent by UK Mail. 

We advise any spray tan technicians, especially those setting up in business, not to start booking clients until you have recieved all goods and understand how to use equipment completely. We are not responsible for any loss of business due to unforeseen delays with the carriers, such as not finding an address, loss, theft or damage. We advise technicians to keep a small reserve of tan solution aside to prevent any such problems.
